DID YOU KNOW? Singer, actor, lyricist, scenarist and director Vineeth Sreenivasan made his debut as a director with Malarvady Arts Club. His next film, Thattathin Marayathu is a love story, where a Hindu boy falls in love with a Muslim girl.
THE PLOT: Vinod (Nivin Pauly) comes from a traditional Hindu household and is bad in studies, is not really talented or has nothing great to boast about. But without much effort, he manages to make the beautiful, wealthy Muslim girl Aysha (Isha Talwar), fall for him. The film talks about their romance.
THE REVIEW: If you start thinking about the logic, lack of storyline, out of place dialogues, Thattathin Marayathu will have many problems to list out. But if you are ready to fall in love with this cute, little film with a romantic mind, this one could be quite a fascinating journey.
Decent presentation, good visuals, fine music and not so bad performances make this one look quite impressive.
