Yami Gautham, the heroine of Prithviraj’s forthcoming film Hero, has been well appreciated in the recently released Bollywood film Vicky Donor. She had done an ad for a prominent textiles group with Prithviraj, which paved the way to the heroine’s role in Hero.
In Vicky Donor, which is co-produced by actor John Abraham, Yami plays a beautiful Bengali girl who marries the hero, Vicky (Ayushmann Khurrana). He is a sperm donor, which she learns about only after their marriage.
Yami is a law student from Chandigarh, who has earlier acted in the Telugu film Nuvvila. In Hero, her character is called Gowri Menon and she is a south Indian heroine who falls in love with a stunt man named Tarzan Antony (Prithviraj).
