Director Sathyan Anthikkad will team up with Mohanlal and Sheela, in his usual style of earthy and emotional stories for his latest film Snehaveedu. The film hits the cinemas on Sep 30.
Mohanlal plays a villager named Ajayan who shares a warm relationship with his mom, Ammukuttyamma played by Sheela. Padmapriya is the heroine. Biju Menon, Lena, Innocent, KPAC Lalitha and Chembil Asokan include the cast. A new boy named Rahul Pillai is being launched by the director.
Snehaveedu is being marketed as Mohanlal’s 300th film and has been produced by Antony Perumbavoor. Ilayaraja is the music director and the cinematographer is Venu.
